Job Description The Domain Lead ERP is responsible for the global management of the company's ERP application park. He/she ensures the proper functioning of the ERP and its satellite tools, user support, the management of the ERP transformation roadmap, and the supervision of a dedicated team. In this context, your activities are: * You will be in charge of ensuring the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the different applications, databases, and servers of the ERP in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and ERP administrators * You will plan the ERP release cycle and production deployments * You will implement monitoring tools and procedures to detect and correct anomalies and malfunctions * You will raise awareness among business analysts and developers regarding documentation best practices surrounding specific developments * You will coordinate relations with ERP software editors and external service providers (TMA/Technical support) * You will conduct monitoring to identify existing and emerging technological solutions in terms of ERP * You will manage a team composed of internal employees and external service providers Qualifications * You benefit from a proven experience of at least 8 years in a similar function, with significant exposure to complex IT environments. * You have at least 5 years of experience in team management, with a real capacity to support, develop, and grow your employees. * You are ITIL 4 certified or wish to evolve in an environment relying on ITIL best practices. * You have a solid understanding of IT environments, covering systems, infrastructures, networks, operations, and application architectures. * You master ERP environments; knowledge of M3 constitutes an appreciated asset. * You are comfortable with office tools and reporting, and know how to exploit data to drive activity and support decision-making. * Recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, you communicate with ease with various interlocutors and promote collaboration within teams. * Curious and oriented towards continuous improvement, you appreciate evolving environments and are a source of proposals to move subjects forward. * You perfectly master French (C1/C2) and have a very good level of English (B2/C1) allowing you to evolve in an international context.
