To pool their forces, the three municipal foundations are creating a new position with high strategic relevance. On behalf of these organizations, we are looking for an enterprising, proactive personality as Head of Acquisitions for Housing Foundations 60 – 100% In this role, you are responsible for active market development with the aim of acquiring new properties and plots of land for the three foundations. You successfully position the foundations in the real estate market and significantly shape their growth. You maintain your network to institutional investors, real estate companies, public bodies and private property owners. You evaluate transactions with development potential, conduct due diligence audits, create potential analyses and accompany contract negotiations until completion. You develop the acquisition strategy together with the acquisition commission, in alignment with the portfolio strategies of the foundations. Close cooperation with the offices of the three foundations as well as internal and external specialists is a natural part of your role. The position is initially limited to three years. With corresponding success, an indefinite permanent employment is expressly desired.
