Your tasks - diverse, responsible and supportive

• Telephone reception
• Opening, maintaining and updating client dossiers
• Managing client accounting including all payment transactions and filling out tax returns
• Managing social security law entitlements (supplementary benefits, HE, pensions, health insurance companies etc.)
• Correspondence as well as general administrative work
• Contact with people in challenging life situations
• Cooperation with official offices and institutions

Your profile - commercially skilled and personally committed

• Completed commercial basic training with an affinity for numbers
• Professional experience in accounting and/or social services
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, KLIBnet is an advantage)
• Loyal, discreet and team-oriented personality
• Exact, efficient and reliable way of working
• High resilience, assertiveness
