To meet the many challenges ahead, the General Management of the HIB is looking for a: Jurist at 50% Your mission ### • Work in close collaboration with the Human Resources Department for all matters related to labor law, applicable CCTs, and situations requiring legal analysis or drafting • Participate in tender procedures for public markets, notably for the preparation and proofreading of legal documents • Draft, analyze, and adapt contracts, conventions, institutional directives, or any other document requiring legal framing, upon mandate from members of the Management • Collaborate, when necessary, in the management of patient complaints by providing legal analysis and writing support • Contribute to work related to data protection • Provide targeted legal opinions and proposals, adapted to the needs of the Management Your assets ### • You have a Master's degree in law, ideally supplemented by a lawyer's certificate or confirmed experience as a jurist • You master the fields of Swiss labor law, contract law, and CCTs • You have essential knowledge of patient law and data protection • You demonstrate autonomy, an excellent sense of writing, and a sharpened analytical capacity Start date: to be agreed.
