We are looking for the Department of Industry & Trade in the Building and Environment Department from 1 July 2026 or by agreement a Specialist for Industry & Trade (m/w/d) Issuance of permits in the environmental areas of water protection, air pollution control, noise protection, hazard prevention, and waste management Evaluation of construction projects and technical procedures in industrial and commercial enterprises as well as implementation of company inspections and triggering of remediation measures Consulting of industry and trade enterprises and municipalities on environmental protection issues Implementation of controls on combustion plants and combustion engines Completed degree in a technical or scientific field (university or university of applied sciences) with in-depth knowledge of environmental technology and environmental law Experience in environmental legal assessment of plants and processes in industrial and commercial enterprises is an advantage Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as understanding of legal issues Motivated and reliable personality with initiative and negotiating strength High social competence and good communication skills Very good German language skills in word and writing An exciting, varied, and independent work in a collegial team A modern equipped workplace in Attractive employment conditions with flexible working time models Mathias Hutter, Head of Section Operational Environmental Protection 2, Telephone jpid11f9258jm jit0624jm jiy26jm
