Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Management, you are responsible for the smooth running of the housekeeping service and ensure the maintenance of a high level of quality, cleanliness and hygiene within the establishment.

You are a hotel housekeeping professional and wish to evolve into a position of responsibility within a recognized establishment? Our client is looking for its future Housekeeper Head of Housekeeping at 80 %, with an evolution planned to 100 % from May 2027. Reporting to the Management, you guarantee the smooth running of the service and ensure the maintenance of excellent standards of quality, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the establishment.

Your profile

A true operational manager, you organize, coordinate and supervise all housekeeping activities. You ensure the quality of cleaning for rooms, apartments and common areas, ensure compliance with procedures and supervise a team of three chambermaids as well as an external cleaning company. You plan activities based on occupancy, participate in operations when activity requires it and collaborate closely with other services to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience. This function involves a strong field presence and availability adapted to the needs of the operation, notably certain weekends.

Holding a CFC in Housekeeping or an equivalent training, you benefit from confirmed experience in a similar function in the hotel industry and perfectly master the organization of a housekeeping service as well as hygiene requirements.
