Organizational talent is required! From A as in Administration to Z as in Cooperation. You lead the secretariat of the AGI, support the office management, organize meetings, events and further training, and ensure smooth administrative operations. You are also responsible for quality management and ensure the optimal use of GEVER.

Your tasks

• Management and organization of the secretariat
• Responsible for organization and ensuring smooth operations
• Quality Manager in the Amt für Geoinformation
• Coordination of internal and external communication
• Central interface to HR and F&C
• Collaboration in projects from the departments, in communication and in knowledge management

Your profile

• Commercial basic training EFZ or comparable
• Good IT skills: entire Office suite
• Experience with GEVER and Adonis desirable
• Excellent German skills as well as very good skills in French (written/oral)
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, flexibility and resilience

The Amt für Geoinformation is the competence center of the Canton of Bern for geoinformation and cadastral data. It provides spatially related data as a service public on the Geoportal or via appropriate services for the public, so that these can be easily used.
