Project Manager in Business Development Track

What you can move.

• We drive business optimizations in the process of track renewal (track renewal) in the Infrastructure Division with a focus on costs, process, data continuity, and quality.
• You identify strategic and operational development potentials along the entire value chain, develop future-oriented solution approaches, and manage these through to implementation.
• As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding change and development projects in a dynamic environment with diverse dependencies and stakeholders.
• You lead development projects from the concept phase through to realization and successful anchoring and impact measurement in operations.
• In close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you combine technical, organizational, and digital topics.
• In doing so, you contribute new ideas, adapt proven approaches to existing challenges, and actively shape the further development of track renewal.

• With your methodical and conceptual strength, you analyze complex issues and develop sustainable solutions. You have experience in leading projects and move confidently in an environment with different stakeholders and interest groups.
• You bring a high affinity in the areas of digitalization, data management, AI, as well as low-code platforms. At the same time, you understand economic relationships and use data and information analytically to identify potentials for sustainable further development.
• You communicate in a target-group-oriented and convincing manner across various hierarchical levels. Experience in the infrastructure, construction / railway environment as well as knowledge of relevant norms and standards are an advantage.
• A completed higher education (FH/Uni) in the field of business informatics, business administration, engineering, logistics, or a comparable specialization is required.
• In German, you can communicate business-fluently orally and in writing (C1 min.). Additionally, good French or Italian skills (from B1) round off your profile.
