• Collaborate in federal criminal proceedings, predominantly in French
• Support the management of proceedings in the preparation of orders
• Prepare and participate in interrogations of suspects, persons providing information, and witnesses, as well as meetings and inspection of files with lawyers
• Clarify substantive and procedural law issues
• Assist in the preparation and representation of indictments, complaints, coercive measures, as well as the associated motions, appeals, and statements

What makes you unique

• University degree in law (Master's level) completed in 2026 or at the latest at the start of the internship (The degree may have been obtained at most 18 months prior to the start of work -- for aspiring lawyers, at most two years)
• A maximum of six months of internship experience within the Federal Administration
• Reliable and exact way of working, enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders
• Solution- and implementation-oriented, independent, proactive
• Good knowledge of at least one second official language as well as English

In a nutshell

During the challenging six-month internship, you will gain insight into the fight against serious forms of international and intercantonal economic crime.
