To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Purchasing Dispatcher International (100%) as of 1 October 2026 or by agreement Your tasks: You take responsibility for the entire operational ordering process - from order triggering to goods receipt. You ensure that our products from Europe and overseas are available on time. You are the central interface between suppliers, purchasing, logistics and warehouse and ensure a smooth flow of information. Together with our warehouse, you build a professional information and communication structure and continuously develop it further. You take responsibility, set the right priorities and keep an overview even in demanding situations. You question existing processes, bring in improvement suggestions and actively contribute to the further development of our supply chain processes. You work in a motivated team where initiative is valued and you can contribute your ideas and make a difference. Do you have? Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification? Several years of experience as a purchasing dispatcher, in operational purchasing or in international procurement? Experience in dealing with international suppliers as well as in deadline and delivery monitoring? Very good German language skills and good English language skills; knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage? A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working? Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in coordinating complex processes? A safe handling of MS Office; ERP experience is a plus? Are you?
