Head of Geriatric Acute Rehabilitation 80-100% The Klinik Arlesheim is an acute care hospital with 84 inpatient beds in the areas of oncology, internal medicine and psychiatry/psychosomatics as well as an oncological day clinic with 24 beds. The outpatient basic care offer includes gynecology, dermatology, general medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology and pneumology. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day. Medical diagnosis and therapy are based on the modern possibilities of scientific medicine. For the development of our new Geriatric Acute Rehabilitation department, as part of Internal Medicine, with around 12 beds, we are looking for a committed, professionally skilled, motivated and enthusiastic personality as Head of Department 80 – 100 % Job profile: As Head of the Geriatric Acute Rehabilitation department, you are responsible for the technical, organizational, personnel and economic management of your department in close cooperation with your medical tandem partner. You actively participate in the development of the new department, ensure high-quality care and promote your team. In this key role, you shape structures, processes and culture from the beginning. You can expect a varied activity where the motivation and development of your employees are at the center, alongside patient care. In the interprofessional team, you have a large scope for design. Participation in hospital-wide projects and interdisciplinary cooperation are also part of your tasks, as is the development of department-specific concepts.
