Do you know the bodywork trade and enjoy dealing with people? Do you like to organize, advise customers and keep an overview even during busy periods?

Then this position could be exactly right for you!

For our customer in the region of Winterthur, I am looking for a customer-oriented personality with technical expertise, organizational talent and sales flair.

Your tasks

• Customer care: You receive vehicles and hand them over after the work is completed.
• Appointment planning: You coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth process.
• Order processing: You manage workshop orders from acceptance to invoicing.
• Calculation: You calculate the costs for the work to be carried out.
• Advice and sales: You advise customers and offer suitable additional services.
• Coordination: You work closely with the workshop and the spare parts warehouse.
• Administration: You handle customer and warranty invoicing as well as correspondence with the importer.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a bodywork sheet metal worker or bodywork painter
• Practical experience in the automotive industry
• Further commercial training is an advantage
• An independent and responsible way of working
• Organizational talent and a reliable way of working
• Sales flair and enjoyment of customer contact
• Flexibility, resilience and quality awareness
