Architect Technician at 70 % - 90 %

Your mission / You are responsible for analyzing building permit applications, informing applicants and architects, and carrying out site inspections and construction compliance checks. You check the building rights of projects and participate in the drafting of reports related to construction law. You also ensure the follow-up of non-compliant or illegal constructions and take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with applicable provisions. You advise various interlocutors regarding authorization procedures, building permits, and construction law and ensure the administrative follow-up of files related to these activities. In the field of public health, you contribute to detecting problematic situations and reporting them to the competent services or specialists. You also provide support to the service teams as part of the revision of the Plan d'affectation local and fire prevention compliance visits.

Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a CFC as a building draughtsman, an ES technician diploma in works planning, an architect's diploma, or training deemed equivalent. You have good technical knowledge in the building field and are comfortable reading and understanding plans and construction regulations. Experience in processing building permits using the SATAC software is an asset. Comfortable in contact with different publics, you demonstrate autonomy and initiative, while enjoying teamwork. You have good analytical and synthesis skills, particularly for drafting reports and compliance visit reports. Organized and rigorous, you have a sense of priorities and know how to deal with periods of high activity.
