In this versatile role, together with the operations management, you will bear responsibility for exciting garden renovation and planning projects and actively contribute to the company's success.

your tasks

• Management of the construction-related work preparation as well as the technical leadership of the teams on site
• Responsibility for customer acquisition, the quoting process, billing and post-calculation
• Competent advice to customers from the first idea to the handover
• If required, energetic and active assistance as a landscape gardener in ongoing operations

Qualifications

your competencies

• Completed vocational training as Landschaftsgärtner EFZ
• Successful further training to Obergärtner or Gärtnermeister as well as several years of professional experience
• Sound experience in handling the industry programs SORBA, Vectorworks and MS Office
• Demonstrable experience in employee leadership and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Organizational talent, goal-oriented thinking as well as an honest, loyal and communicative manner
