• Operation and maintenance of productive customer and server systems
• Installation, configuration and updating of systems and applications
• Monitoring of the system landscape and ensuring stable operation
• Analysis and processing of incidents and technical malfunctions
• Carrying out error analyses and sustainable remediation of problems
• Collaboration in the standardization and automation of recurring operational tasks
• Further development of the existing cloud and infrastructure platform
• Cooperation with internal project managers, software development and system engineering
• Technical support and exchange with customers
• Documentation of systems, processes and technical solutions

What you should bring:

• Completed training EFZ or completed studies (FH/HF/Uni) in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable
• Practical professional experience in the IT infrastructure, system or cloud environment
• Very good knowledge in the area of Windows and Linux
• Good knowledge of server infrastructures and network technologies
• Experience in the operation of business-critical IT systems is an advantage
• Interest in automation and standardization of operational processes
• Structured and independent way of working
• High problem-solving competence and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of working in a team and in contact with customers
• Readiness for occasional maintenance work outside of regular working hours
• Readiness to participate in an on-call or standby organization
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills in speaking and writing
