ICT Service Manager / ICT Project Manager Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution Analyzing requirements with the specialist teams as well as designing and implementing specific IT operation and service structures Supervising and optimizing all maintenance and license agreements for the used ICT products and services Reviewing the agreed SLAs and OLAs regarding the availability and performance of services, systems, networks and applications Leading ICT initiatives and ICT projects, from concept through realization, introduction to successful acceptance Responsible for the operational ICT operation and the leadership as well as coordination of the external ICT service providers What makes you unique Business Informatician (UNI, FH or HF) with additional training as an IT project manager IPMA-C/PMI and experience in project management Experience in the introduction and operation of service and operations management systems as well as in the lifecycle management of virtualized ICT environments Experience in the implementation of ICT projects, particularly in the replacement procurement of existing infrastructures and the procurement of external ICT service providers Sound knowledge of the products Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, HPE-Hardware and Manage Engine Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills In a nutshell Actively help shape modern ICT environments in technical building management, from operation to continuous further development.
