To complement our existing team in school social work, we are looking for a team member as a School Social Worker as of 1. August 2026 or by arrangement. Your Tasks As a School Social Worker, together with our school social worker, you will support the school management, class teachers, and other school bodies in accompanying individual youths and entire classes. You will implement community-building measures and support youths with their age-typical developmental tasks. You will build a network with external agencies for triage or follow-up solutions. As a professional in school social work, you are embedded in an internal two-person school team as well as a regional specialist team and help to further develop stage-specific, professionally sound, and needs-oriented school social work at the secondary schools. Your Profile You are a team-oriented, resilient, and committed personality and bring the necessary pioneering spirit to actively help shape the position. Working with young people gives you joy, and you already have counseling experience in the youth sector. You are familiar with the school environment and can mediate well between different concerns with your solution-oriented-systemic attitude. Additionally, you are well-networked, communicative, and proactive. Formal requirements for an application are a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at tertiary level, further training in school social work (CAS), and mandatory several years of professional experience with youths.
