We are looking for a Team Leader Infrastructure & Building Technology (m/f/d) 100% for our client Your tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the Infrastructure / Facility Management team Active participation in day-to-day operations (pronounced hands-on mentality) Ensuring the reliable operation of: Buildings and building technology systems (HVAC, compressed air & nitrogen supply) Integrated building management system and automated logistics infrastructure Cleanliness, disposal, and site/outdoor facilities Organization, coordination, and partial execution of: Maintenance and repair work Troubleshooting and repairs on building and special technology Cleaning, disposal, and on-call services Support and coordination of external service providers, specialist companies, and craft businesses Close cooperation with internal specialist departments (logistics/production, technology, and IT) as well as interfaces to external partners Participation in and leadership of projects: Independent management of smaller projects or sub-projects Participation in larger expansions, conversions, and system optimizations Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental specifications Maintenance of technical documentation and active use of digital tools / FM software (CAFM/building management technology) Qualifications Your profile Completed technical, manual, or operational basic training (EFZ) (e.g., electrical installer, heating/ventilation specialist, facility management specialist, or comparable) Further training in the field of Facility Management, building technology (HVAC), or facility maintenance is an advantage Mandatory: Verifiable leadership experience in technical building management of an industrial, production, or logistics company Experience with special systems: Sound practical experience in the support of compressed air, nitrogen, and HVAC systems as well as state-of-the-art building management systems Personality: Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and reliability Working style: Structured working style, high service orientation, and organizational skills Digital Support: Proficient use of modern digital tools, building management systems, and FM software Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form Flexibility: Willingness to undertake on-call and standby services We offer you: A job in a dynamically growing company.
