For an established company, we are looking for a motivated specialist as
Construction Foreman (m/f/d)
starting immediately or by arrangement

Your responsibility

• Leadership and guidance of a small construction site team
• Organization and monitoring of daily workflows
• Ensuring quality and timely execution
• Material orders and coordination with the site manager
• Assistance with technical work on the construction site
• Compliance with and enforcement of safety regulations

What you should bring

• Completed training in the main construction industry (e.g., Maurer EFZ, Strassenbauer EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience
• Foreman course or willingness to undergo further training
• Organizational talent and assertiveness
• Team-oriented, responsible personality
• Good communication in German, both spoken and written
