Hotel and domestic economy employee CFC

The employer is looking for a:

Hotel sector employee (reported activity)

Tasks:

• in case of necessity, temporarily replace colleagues in other general services
• correctly perform the cleaning of common areas and the respective services of the CPA, according to the directives received and taking into account the different types of surfaces undergoing treatment
• maintain the entrusted material and equipment in good condition
• use the various detergents and disinfection products correctly and prudently
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary functions of the CPA so that all aspects of the organization are guided by the values of the adapted Montessori Method care philosophy
• correctly perform the cleaning of the residents' rooms, according to the directives received and taking into account the different types of surfaces undergoing treatment
• report to superiors any breakdowns, malfunctions, or damages of any kind encountered during work
• formulate improvement proposals deemed necessary
• comply with the internal personnel regulations and the directives of the CPA
• guarantee the security of data relating to residents and professional secrecy
• accept flexibility in hours (shifts)
• identify with the values of the CPA

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector less than 1 year
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• having own car

Employment details

• employment immediately at 100% for a fixed term
• working days and hours in shifts to be agreed upon, Sunday and holiday work
• salary remuneration to be agreed upon based on abilities and qualifications
