For our client, an established fiduciary company with around ten employees in the Canton Zug, we are looking for an experienced personality as Mandatsleiter/in Steuern (60-100%) due to a succession arrangement, starting immediately or by agreement. In this responsible function, you will advise private and corporate clients on sophisticated tax issues and benefit from a familial working environment, short decision-making paths, and attractive development opportunities.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Independent preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Processing complex tax issues as well as preparing objections and checking assessments
• Advising clients in the areas of value-added tax as well as other tax law topics
• Managing company formations, commercial register mutations, and other corporate law issues
• Participating in special mandates in close cooperation with the management

You offer your new employer:

• Completed studies at Bachelor level or higher continuing education in taxation or a comparable business or legal qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss tax system, ideally in a fiduciary company, a consulting company, or a tax administration
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills for the management of an international client portfolio
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and value-added tax law as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and responsible personality with high customer orientation and enjoyment of sophisticated consulting mandates
