We are looking for a Beiständin/Beistand Fachgebiet Kindesschutz 60% bis 80% The Regional Social Service Oberwynental with its approximately 35 employees is responsible for the municipalities Menziken, Reinach, Leimbach and Birrwil. The service is divided into the two departments Child and Adult Protection and Social Welfare. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a professionally competent person as Beiständin/Beistand for the Department of Child and Adult Protection, in the field of Child Protection, starting August 2026 or by agreement. The area of responsibility includes: • You advise and accompany minors as well as their parents and relatives in consensual and statutory child protection (independent management of guardianships) • You conduct paternity investigations and maintenance calculations • You coordinate help in the system • You document the course of your support • You conduct investigations in the area of child protection for the KESB • You work in a goal-oriented and cooperative manner with authorities, municipalities, institutions, third parties, etc. together You bring with you: • A tertiary degree (university, FH, HF) in Social Work, Educational Sciences or Psychology • Experience in mandate management or in systemically solution-oriented consulting • Flair for structure and administration as well as IT skills • Empathy for children, adolescents and their parents in difficult life situations • Mental resilience and team ability • High social and self-competence • Driver's license category B (private car for business trips is an advantage) What to expect: • An interesting, responsible, varied and independent activity with a large scope of action in a committed and set-up team • Case support in the areas of administration • Case numbers according to the KOKES guidelines • Case management software KLIBnet • Intervision, supervision and further training opportunities • Attractive workplace with good infrastructure • Progressive employment conditions • Free parking A qualified team is looking forward to a committed, integral and balanced person who also keeps an overview and humor in hectic situations.
