In this key role, you will manage your sales area independently, maintain existing customer relationships, and develop new potentials. • Advising and supporting installers, planners, architects, general contractors, as well as other partners are among your tasks.
• You actively maintain existing customer relationships and specifically expand your network in the sales area.
• You recognize new opportunities in the market early and win additional customers.
• You process and accompany offers and orders together with the internal sales department.
• You actively follow up on offers and orders and ensure smooth processing.
• You process exciting objects in your sales area, including pre-sales.
• In the case of complaints, you provide solution-oriented support.
• You participate in customer events and represent our company professionally.

Your profile

• You bring training or experience in the sanitary, building technology, construction, or a related industry.
• Commercial further training or experience in sales is an advantage.
• Independent and structured working suits you, and you are happy to take responsibility for your area.
• You communicate confidently in German and Swiss German and appear open, sympathetic, and confident.
• You are familiar with MS Office; SAP and CRM knowledge are a plus.
• Ideally, you live in the Bern region.
