Die All-Time GmbH with its brands Miet-Transporter.ch and Miet-Camper.ch is a rapidly growing company in the vehicle rental sector. With locations in Zürich, Winterthur and Frauenfeld, we already operate a fleet of over 140 delivery vans and 55 motorhomes – supplemented by passenger and sports cars. Our goal: 200+ vehicles and further locations by the end of 2026. For this, we are looking for reinforcement – pragmatic, reliable and hands-on. Your Mission You ensure that our vehicles are in top condition at the right place at the right time. You work operationally, close to the customer – and have a direct influence on service quality. Your Tasks Issuing and returning rental vehicles and trailers Condition check before handover (cleanliness, oil, tire pressure, road safety) Interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles Joint vehicle return with customers including damage inspection Creation of damage reports if required Instruction of customers in vehicles (e.g. lift, camper) Refueling of vehicles that are not full Minor maintenance work (lights, windshield wipers, fluids etc.) Vehicle disposition and transfers between locations Delivery and collection of refrigerated trailers from the customer Creation and coordination of weekly schedules Independent time management What you bring with you Place of residence in the Winterthur region or surroundings Driver's license category B (at least 1 year) Trailer test (category BE) is an advantage Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of vehicles Experience in customer contact (clear advantage) Structured, independent and clean way of working Resilience – even in hectic situations Very good German skills, English is an advantage Ability to work in a team with high individual responsibility at the same time Flexibility (assignments on weekends also possible) Bonus (not a must): Experience in the automotive industry (mechanic, car fitter, bodywork etc.) What you get Clear induction and structured processes Modern vehicle fleet and work equipment A lot of individual responsibility (no micromanagement) Direct influence on customer satisfaction and growth Contemporary remuneration + development opportunities Dynamic environment without corporate structures Why you should join us This is not a job for "sitting around".
