The Direktion Immobilien und Betrieb shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services related to the hospital. The Hotellerie department ensures the gastronomic well-being of patients, employees, and visitors. It operates various restaurants and also has the necessary infrastructure to carry out events. The dynamic team of the Küche Patienten-Verpflegung prepares three meals daily in over 30 different dietary forms for our patients.

• You are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchenware
• You ensure the conscientious operation of the appliances and machines
• You support the team with portioning on the food belt
• You plan and organize your assigned station independently
• You are co-responsible for the dutiful compliance with the hygiene concept

What you bring with you

• You have completed the mandatory schooling period and bring professional experience in a kitchen
• You have good German language skills as well as a valid Swiss work permit
• You enjoy working in a team, are committed, ready to perform, and bring a pinch of humor
