What you can achieve. • Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the professional execution of ticket inspections and the maintenance of security at many transport companies in the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund. • In the event of disruptive actions, confrontations, or acts of violence during ticket inspections, you act in a de-escalating manner and intervene if necessary. • You perform diverse security tasks within the framework of ticket inspections and ensure security and order with your presence. • Your competent and friendly advice to our passengers in public transport vehicles is in demand. • You thus make an essential contribution to revenue protection and the security of public transport. What you bring with you. • You have a completed vocational apprenticeship and possess a driving license Cat. B or are ready to obtain it. • You act independently, possess assertiveness, and are mentally and physically resilient. • Your experience in the security sector will make your daily work easier. • You appreciate the advantages of irregular working hours, including Sundays, public holidays, and at night, and you are flexibly deployable. • As a good communicative personality, you can argue skillfully in conversation. You also possess a strong team orientation. • Your very good German skills and good French and/or Italian skills will help you to perform this activity optimally.
