Social Educator

We are a special school boarding school recognized by the Canton of St. Gallen. In our facility, 32 children and adolescents live and learn, for whom special education and pedagogical care are indicated. To complement our team, we are looking for a social educator (80%) as of 20.10.2026 or by agreement. Your tasks are: • Care and support of children and adolescents in the residential group • Leisure activities and experiential work with children and adolescents • Administrative tasks • Independent completion of practical and domestic tasks • Cooperation with the family, professional and therapeutic environment of children and adolescents You are: • Trained as a social educator HF/BA • Familiar with dealing with children and adolescents and can assert yourself appropriately. • Well-meaning, respectful and appreciative towards challenging children and adolescents. • Team-, relationship- and conflict-capable. • Capable of enthusiasm, committed and resilient. • Willing to work with flexible working hours (weekends, evenings). • Motivated to deal with the trauma-pedagogical basic attitude and the New Authority. • Interested in identifying with our Christian basic values.
