ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER (M/F) ##

YOUR MISSION

• Assist the production manager in the planning, organization, and monitoring of production activities
• Coordinate team work and contribute to an optimal use of resources
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety instructions
• Monitor production indicators and participate in the analysis of deviations
• Identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, working methods, and productivity
• Ensure the replacement of the production manager in their absence, according to the defined skills and delegations

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical training in an industrial, mechanical, or microtechnical field with knowledge of CNC and cam machines
• Experience in an industrial production environment, management experience is an asset
• Good knowledge of production processes and quality-related requirements
• Ability to organize activities, manage priorities, and retain a team
• Practical spirit, rigor, autonomy, and solution orientation
• Comfortable with IT tools
