Production methods technician - electronics (M/F)

• Technical training: automation technician, electronics technician, ES technician or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in production organization and/or in methods
• Field-oriented person, pragmatic and problem-solving oriented
• Ability to unite and support teams
• Ease with IT tools and production management software
• Interest in designing concrete solutions: fixtures, tooling, and workstation improvement
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production
• Supervise and support teams by providing technical support
• Be present on the field and resolve issues related to machines, tooling, dies, and manufacturing processes
• Design, test, and implement fixtures and tooling to facilitate the work of the teams
• Optimize flows, workstations, and manufacturing methods
• Create and maintain work instructions
• Analyze production times and identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the workshop
