Project Manager: GA Planning

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and interested personality with enthusiasm for the planning of modern and technically demanding building automation systems. In this exciting role, you will work on versatile and innovative projects in the field of building technology. Your field of activity includes, among other things:

• Planning and designing modern building automation systems for demanding new construction and renovation projects
• Developing energy-efficient and sustainable automation solutions while considering current norms and standards
• Competent advice to our customers as well as support for the overall project team in functional and control technology project development
• Preparing tender documents, conducting awards, and accompanying execution
• Leading the projects up to commissioning and successful handover

Collaboration with first-class architectural offices and a high-quality specialist planner partner network. We accompany our projects holistically across all SIA phases (21–53). In doing so, a wide spectrum of demanding construction projects awaits you, from complex office, commercial, and residential properties to innovative energy and infrastructure projects with the highest requirements for sustainability and energy efficiency.

What you bring with you:

For this responsible task, we wish for a technically solid person with experience in building automation as well as a good understanding of the connections between modern building technology systems.

What additionally distinguishes you:

• You have basic training in building technology; further education HF or FH is an advantage
• You are interested in integral connections and the networking of different building technology systems
• You think in variants and develop flexible, practical concepts
• You create tenders, reports, and technical documentation independently in good German
• You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility for your projects
