As part of the inter-company practical courses intended for apprentices in the "masonry" profession held at the Centre des métiers de la construction in Echallens, we are looking for a Masonry Trainer 100% Your missions • Supervise apprentices during training • Train in professional practice in reference to the ordinances and study plans in force • Evaluate the services and work provided by students • Prepare courses according to the defined and to-be-reached objectives Your profile • Federal certificate of masonry foreman or other higher diploma in the trade, indispensable • Several years of experience in a company • Strong interest and aptitude for training young people and teamwork • Ready to follow a pedagogical course related to the function (approximately 600 hours, while employed) • Perfect mastery of the technical gestures of the trade • Computer literacy and open to developments related to the trade What we offer A varied activity within a training center in Echallens, in a pleasant working environment promoting responsibility and autonomy as well as continuing education possibilities allowing you to evolve within our department in addition to working conditions, such as : • 40-hour week • 8 weeks of vacation • free parking • participation in the health insurance premium (if joining the collective contract) • optimal LPP benefits • coverage of the entirety of the PG contribution for sickness and non-professional accident Availability: September 2026 For all information: M.
