Team Leader Arche Wohnen Blümlisalp, 80%

Arche Betreutes Wohnen consists of three residential houses in the city of Zürich with semi-residential living space for 64 residents. People with long-term addiction disease and its consequences and/or with a mental illness receive a home with individual care. In the Blümlisalp residential house with 18 residents, we are looking for a residential house team leader due to the regular retirement of the current job holder, at the latest from February 2027.

The main responsibility in this function consists of leading the residential house and sharing responsibility for cross-residential topics and the further development of the offers.

Your main tasks:

• Leading an interdisciplinary team of seven employees in technical, organizational, and personnel aspects
• Care and support of people with an addiction disease and/or mental illness in all areas of life that contribute to independent and autonomous lifestyle design and health-promoting development
• Planning the team's work assignments, participation in recruitment as well as promotion and further development of the employees
• Overview and coordination of the maintenance of the property in close cooperation with the facility management employees and the housekeeping department
• Ensuring cooperation with the team leaders of the other residential houses, the referring agencies, network partners, and other external stakeholders
• Responsibility for the internal flow of information between management and the team
• Interest and shared responsibility in the further development of the offers and concepts with a focus on the needs of the residents

Your profile

• You have completed training in nursing with a focus on psychiatry (HF) and/or in social work (FH).
• You are familiar with the addiction sector and enjoy working with this target group.
• You are a reliable and resilient person who likes to roll up their sleeves and who maintains calm and overview even in sometimes turbulent moments.
• You are vigilant, creative, and open, and you practice appreciative interaction at eye level.
• You take on the necessary responsibility and are flexible and ready to face new challenges again and again.
• You bring leadership experience.
