Die dedica Genossenschaft is a modern and strong representative of specialized long-term care institutions based in Thun. Under the umbrella of the 18 member institutions, a wide variety of services are offered for elderly and nursing homes. In addition to classic IT services, we offer financial, personnel, and home administration on a mandate basis, as well as consulting and support services for our customers.

Your tasks

As a member of our fiduciary team, you are co-responsible for the financial and operational accounting of our customers, including controlling, budget, and closing processes. In addition, you will handle the monthly billing of home services as well as payroll processing for our customers. This versatile area of responsibility also includes application support for NEXUS, the takeover of fixed-term mandates directly at our customers' sites, and consulting in the aforementioned areas.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with additional training in the areas of accounting and personnel administration.
• Several years of experience in accounting as well as in payroll processing and in the area of personnel/social insurance.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong service orientation required.
