Business Development / Sales Manager:in Services (m/w(d))

Your tasks:
Acquisition of new customers for technical services in the areas of development, production and automation
Sales-side support of customer projects from the initial inquiry to the transfer into series production
Building and further development of a sustainable customer portfolio in Switzerland as well as in the DACH region with a long-term focus on further European markets
Support of existing key accounts as well as development of new strategic customer relationships
Identifying new business opportunities, market potentials and suitable customer segments
Preparation of offers, calculations and business cases
Responsibility for the agreed turnover, margin and growth targets
Close coordination with customers as well as internal development, production and automation areas
Participation in trade fairs, marketing measures and customer events
Active participation in the strategic further development of the Services area

Your profile:
Technical basic training, for example in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
Further training in sales, marketing or business administration is an advantage
Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical services, automation or industrialization solutions
Proven experience in new customer acquisition and in business development
Good network in industry, automation, production or mechanical engineering
Business fluent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and proactive personality
Willingness for business travel within Switzerland and Europe
