The Schulinternat Ringlikon has a special school with family-complementary day care as well as a year-round open boarding school for a total of 36 students in kindergarten, lower, and middle school with special support needs in the academic, social, and emotional areas. The boarding school can be reached from Zürich HB with the S10 in 16 minutes. Our goal is to offer the child and its family system a tailor-made, flexible setting. We are looking for a Specialist in the care of our internal day structure starting 1 August 2026 or by arrangement Wed. 8.30 am to 12.00 pm, Thu. & Fri. 8.30 am to 4.00 pm during the school weeks, workload approx. 30% to 40% Together with other employees, you will lead the day structure with a maximum of 8 students. You are responsible for lunch and afternoon snack care and as a back-up for the school. For this task, you fulfill the following requirement profile: You have a degree in social pedagogy and possess a flair and experience in working with children with special support needs. Communication skills, ability to build relationships, and humor characterize you as well as flexibility and resilience. (Self-)reflection, ability to cooperate and set boundaries, helpfulness, and joy in accompanying children of the kindergarten and primary level round off your profile.
