The easylearn learning platform combines all instruments for sustainable corporate education under one roof; an important component of our services is also the provision of e-learning content. We develop individual e-learnings for our customers on a commission basis, develop standard courses, and provide high-quality e-learnings from international partner companies.

Your area of responsibility

You have the talent to understand the learning needs of our customers and translate them into effective e-learnings. Your area of responsibility primarily includes:

• Conception & Consulting: You develop suitable training concepts and exciting learning content based on our customers' requirements or the assortment strategy on behalf of customers or for standard courses
• Course Development: You create didactically sound, attractively designed e-learnings using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise
• Multimedia Design: You use different methods, design tools, and styles in a targeted manner and, if necessary, produce or edit screencasts, learning videos, and graphics
• Coordination: You coordinate the contributions of suppliers – for example, for narration or graphics – and coordinate the production steps with all parties involved
• Project Implementation & Quality: You plan your work, keep an eye on deadlines and resources, and ensure a careful, technically flawless implementation of the learning products

What you bring to our team

• Training or further education in didactics, mediamatics, web, graphics/design, communication, or a comparable field
• Experience in the conception and creation of didactically sound learning content; experience in the education system or adult education is an advantage
• Familiarity with modern IT technologies and web applications as well as enjoyment in using different digital tools
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate Rise or Articulate Storyline
• A good sense for the visual and acoustic impact of learning content and enjoyment of multimedia design
• Stylistically confident German as well as good English skills to read and understand English-language content
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking, strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as a precise, independent way of working
• Clear, appreciative communication, customer orientation, and enjoyment of working in a team
