You justify solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment. In this responsible role, you autonomously manage a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You are a trusted partner for your clients and accompany them proactively in their financial, tax and organizational challenges. Furthermore, you carry out ordinary and restricted audits. Tasks Accounting and consulting mandates You autonomously manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients You are the primary contact(person) and advise your clients proactively You supervise and accompany employees (assistant accountants), ensuring the quality of work You guarantee compliance with current standards and optimize accounting processes You supervise payroll management on your files You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company creation, restructurings, succession, etc.) Audit You carry out ordinary and restricted audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and the ASR Taxation \\\& VAT You intervene as a trusted partner in tax consulting (optimization, planning) You supervise the preparation of tax returns (PP and PM) as well as the preparation of VAT returns You advise our clients in more complex tax situations Cooperation You collaborate closely with the management as well as with the other sites in French-speaking Switzerland Digitalization \\\& automation You participate actively in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients.
