Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Overall responsibility for depot, workshop, and infrastructure projects from the concept phase to handover to operations • Management and coordination of all project participants during the planning, tendering, and realization phases • Preparation and support of tenders as well as evaluation and awarding of planning and construction services • Leadership and coordination of external planning offices, architects, and specialist experts • Monitoring and management of general contractors as well as ensuring contract-compliant execution on the construction site • Ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals • Responsibility for permit and authority processes taking into account the applicable legal requirements • Performance of risk analyses, project controlling, and reporting to management and customers • Support in the development of new service and maintenance locations as well as other infrastructure and investment projects • Support during commissioning and handover to the operational organizations YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training • Initial experience in the planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in the industrial, infrastructure, or transport sector • Experience in working with planning offices, architects, and specialist planners • Initial experience in managing general contractors and external contractors is an advantage • Good knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards, and permit procedures, especially in German-speaking regions • Knowledge of German construction and procurement law (e.g., HOAI, VOB) is an advantage • Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills • Business fluent German and good English skills • Willingness to travel within Europe YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions • Health promotion: subsidy for fitness subscriptions and fruit baskets • Support for further education opportunities (financially or with part-time possibilities) Jennifer Ruoss HR Business Partner \+41 79 609 98 26
