On behalf of a recognized company in the field of technical building installations, we are recruiting a Project Manager to ensure the management and monitoring of projects, from their preparation to their completion, in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage CFO and CFA projects within the framework of renovations, transformations and new constructions
• Perform technical surveys, analyze client needs and define suitable solutions
• Prepare commercial and technical offers as well as tender documents
• Ensure costing and the establishment of budgets for projects of various scales
• Plan interventions and coordinate all stakeholders: clients, technical offices, suppliers, subcontractors and execution teams
• Guarantee the monitoring of costs, deadlines, supplies and business profitability
• Participate in site meetings and ensure fluid communication with the different stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with current standards, quality requirements and safety rules
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and participate in the evolution of the company's services

Profile

• CFC as an electrical installer or training deemed equivalent
• Federal mastery of electrical installer
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in the electrical field
• Solid experience in costing, calculation and financial management of electrical projects
• Good command of tenders, CAN standards and sector calculation tools
• Category B driving license
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written
• Knowledge of German is an appreciated asset
