Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH for long-term care at a workload of 20 – 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In an established residential and nursing home, you will accompany residents with professional expertise, empathy, and a sense of responsibility, and actively contribute to a professional and humane nursing culture. What awaits you in this responsible task: • Individual and professional accompaniment of residents within the framework of primary nursing • Assumption of daily and house responsibility within the daily nursing routine • Management and responsibility for the entire nursing process from planning to quality assurance • Planning and accompaniment of physician visits • Mindful and respectful interaction with residents and relatives • Participation in specialist and project groups for the further development of nursing quality • Close interprofessional cooperation within the team What you bring with you: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
