For the Nature & Landscape department at the Gelterkinden location, we are looking for a gardener EFZ with social mission 60 - 100 % immediately or by agreement Your tasks • Planning and execution of garden maintenance and modifications in private gardens • Technical-operative management of the Neophyten project • Planning and execution of work in nature conservation • Consulting clients, creating offers and recording orders • Overview and coordination of ongoing orders, division of labor • Guiding groups of 4 - 6 participants and their qualifying support You are a gardener EFZ in garden and landscape construction, with social sensitivity You have • Interest in nature conservation and ecological upgrading in the settlement area • Understanding for people in a demanding phase of life • Preferably further training as a work educator and/or pedagogical experience • Willingness to train learners for the gardener EBA profession • Driver's license for private vehicles with driving practice and trailer driving license You can • Organize, plan and process work orders independently • Promote people in their competence expansion and independence • Perceive the individual needs of the participants • Work with common office programs We offer • A young and well-positioned team • Good social employment conditions • A workplace where you can take on an interesting and varied task with responsibility • 40-hour workweek You can get an insight into our department and the work on our homepage: Nature & Landscape
