Call Agent with Nursing Background 40-100%

For a telephone customer service, we are looking for a reliable and communicative person with a background in the nursing or healthcare sector, available immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks You will conduct telephone customer conversations in the inbound and/or outbound area. You will receive inquiries, advise customers in a friendly manner, and process the conversations administratively correctly. Your profile You have a degree or professional experience as a nursing specialist, health specialist, or in a similar healthcare field. Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage, but not mandatory. Very good German language skills, a pleasant telephone voice, empathy, reliability, and enjoyment of working with people are important.
