Do you want to shape the digital further development of data protection and sustainably design the handling of information? Then you have come to the right place with us.

What you achieve

• You are responsible for the strategic and digital further development of the product groups "Records Management und Archiv System" and "Compliance und Datenschutz".
• In an agile delivery organization according to SAFe, you further develop the product vision and feature roadmap together with the Product Owner:innen, SAFe teams, and specialist departments.
• You develop concrete, practical solutions for the legally compliant administration of data and information over the entire lifecycle, from creation and use to retention, deletion, or archiving.
• You define the Suva-wide retention and deletion requirements and ensure effective Information Lifecycle Management and sustainable Data Governance.

What you bring

• You have a degree in law, business informatics, business administration, information management, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in Product Management, data protection, or in the development of digital products and processes. Knowledge in Records Management, Compliance, or Governance is a plus.
• You have led projects, are familiar with agile working methods such as SAFe, and can structure and prioritize complex professional, legal, and technical requirements.
• You possess strong conceptual thinking skills, initiative, and assertiveness, and convince through a solution-oriented way of working.
