For incoming fault reports, you investigate in a solution-oriented manner and ensure rapid rectification. You record the concerns of the specialist departments in a structured manner and translate them purposefully into the release planning. From the first idea to the go-live, you accompany new system developments step-by-step and reliably. You keep a firm grip on the strings in the content and commercial management of our external suppliers. Together we set the standards of tomorrow - your profile The perfect dossier does not exist. The foundation of your profile is a commercial or technical EFZ training, supplemented by further training in business informatics or a related field. Practical experience in the Abacus environment - both in support and in IT projects - is mandatory.
