IT Workplace Support Engineer 60-90%

Job Description:

• Ensuring smooth IT operations as well as processing demanding support requests in compliance with defined service levels
• Close cooperation with international teams for the implementation and further development of digital solutions and systems
• Advising internal stakeholders on technical issues and identifying potential for optimization
• Participation in infrastructure and system changes taking into account security, data protection, and compliance requirements
• Administration of user accounts, end devices, and software resources including documentation as well as active cooperation with regional and local contact persons

Your Profile:

• Completed training or further education in the IT environment (e.g., HF, FH, university or comparable) with sound technical understanding
• Practical experience in a service-oriented IT function and enjoyment in supporting internal users and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of modern workplace technologies, Microsoft environments, and a basic understanding of networks and IT infrastructures
• German native language and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working combined with high communication strength and resilience
