Pflegefachperson HF/FH who accompanies people with dementia diseases with heart, expertise, and empathy. Tasks

• Holistic and person-centered care and support of people with dementia diseases
• Responsibility for the nursing process as well as professional nursing documentation
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of the residents
• Close cooperation with relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists
• Active participation in shaping an appreciative and respectful care culture

Profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Joy in working with people with dementia
• Empathy, patience, and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and the desire to make a difference together
