Logistics Specialist

Specifically, this function includes the following tasks:

• Independent management of the block storage, warehouse organization
• Timely preparation of goods
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Goods receipt inspection
• Create delivery documents if required
• Instruct drivers
• Electronically record goods receipts
• Electronically record customer returns
• Support and deputy for the Dispo & AVOR function
• Sample shipping and smaller messenger runs

With a practiced eye for efficient processes, you prepare the deliveries. You flexibly integrate seasonal fluctuations into your planning and also find the most purposeful solution under time pressure. You report to the Chef for Dispo & AVOR as well as to the Production Manager.

Your profile – Dynamic all-rounder

You skillfully maintain control over our goods receipts and issues and keep an overview even in hectic moments. You act proactively, maintain a very exact way of working, and comply with safety regulations. Courteous and collegial interaction with your various contact persons is a matter of course for you. Physical work as well as administrative tasks on the PC suit you equally well and you particularly appreciate the variety that such an activity brings. As an open-minded, quick-learning personality, you think beyond your own field of activity and contribute actively to the team.

What you bring – Expertise and experience

You have completed vocational training as a Logistiker/in EFZ, ideally in the field of disposition or logistics, and additionally bring:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Confident and routine handling of forklifts
• Good German skills, written and oral
• Good PC user skills (Windows)
