For our client in the Bern area, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as Marketing Manager Sales by arrangement.

Your tasks:
Development and implementation of marketing concepts for various sales channels
Planning and implementation of marketing measures such as POS activities, trade fairs, events and partnerships
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders as well as agencies
Responsibility for quality, deadlines and budget of marketing measures
Collaboration on marketing strategy and marketing planning
Support in cross-departmental projects and campaigns

Your profile:
Education or further training in marketing, communication or sales
2-4 years of experience in sales-oriented marketing
Experience in the planning and implementation of marketing projects
Customer- and sales-oriented mindset
Enjoyment in the development and pragmatic implementation of concepts
Good project management and communication skills
Structured, independent and analytical way of working
Very good German skills, French skills an advantage
