WHAT YOU DO WITH US You ensure that our employees can work productively every day – whether on Windows or macOS. You are the first point of contact for technical questions about the workplace, telephony, printer, VPN, and much more. You analyze problems in a structured way and find pragmatic solutions. You manage our Microsoft Entra ID and Azure environment and take care of users, groups, devices, software distribution, device configurations, policies, and access rights. You automate processes and actively participate in our internal digitization. For this, we currently use Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps. At the same time, we continuously evaluate new technologies and automation platforms – your ideas and know-how are explicitly welcome. You work on our modern cloud and network infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure and Cisco Meraki and actively contribute to infrastructure, cloud, and automation projects. You support the implementation of our security standards and contribute to keeping our IT environment secure and stable. You bring your own ideas and continuously develop our IT services and processes together with the team. WHAT YOU BRING Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ, or comparable training with experience in IT support, workplace management, or system administration You are interested in modern Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure, have already gained initial practical experience, and want to further develop yourself in this environment. Basic understanding of client, network, and infrastructure technologies as well as interest in IT security. You like to lend a hand, take responsibility, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You enjoy contact with people and can convey technical topics in a understandable way – also for colleagues without a technical background. You are curious, like to learn new things, and are interested in modern cloud, workplace, and automation technologies. Very good German skills, fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage
