Receiving reservations (email, by phone or via OTA's)
Check-in, check-out
Providing information about the region
Creating and checking daily closings
Managing the reception cash register
Working with hotel software Protel, table reservation program Aleno and MS Office programs
Acquisition in cooperation with the Chef de Réception
Various administrative tasks
For combination position "Réception-Service": Cordial care and consultation of our guests in the dining room, restaurant and on the terrace. Active participation in all service areas including independent invoicing.
